Royalty-Free License & Service Policy

1. Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of our stock imagery, PNG assets, and PSD templates, all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before completing your purchase.

2. Licensing & Usage

Royalty-Free Agreement: All assets are provided under a Royalty-Free (RF) license. This means you pay a one-time fee for the right to use the asset multiple times for multiple projects without paying additional royalties. Ownership of the original copyright remains with James Teoh.

Standard License Personal & small commercial use. Limit: 500,000 physical copies. No resale of the asset itself.
Enhanced License Merchandise for resale (T-shirts, mugs, etc.) and unlimited reproduction/distribution.

3. Prohibited Actions

  • No Redistribution: You may not resell or share the original files (PSD, PNG, JPG) as standalone assets or within a template library.
  • No Sensitive Use: Assets must not be used in illegal, offensive, defamatory, or immoral contexts.
  • No Trademarking: Purchased assets cannot be registered as logos, service marks, or trademarks.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
